All trading on Trade Monky is conducted using virtual funds within a simulated environment. Users may acquire virtual funds to participate in paper trading activities; however, such funds have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or converted into real currency. The Platform does not facilitate real-money trading, brokerage services, or actual securities transactions.
1. Virtual Fund Purchases
Users may purchase virtual funds to use within the Trade Monky simulation environment. Once virtual funds have been credited to your account, the purchase is considered final and is generally non-refundable.
2. Nature of Virtual Funds
Virtual funds have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for any form of currency or financial asset.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms and conditions. Trade Monky is not responsible for payment gateway errors, delays, or issues beyond our control.
4. Refund Requests
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate transactions, technical errors resulting in non-delivery of purchased virtual funds, or where required by applicable law. Any approved refund will be issued at Trade Monky's sole discretion.
5. Account Cancellation
You may close or deactivate your account at any time. Upon account closure, any unused virtual funds remaining in your account will be forfeited and will not be eligible for refund, redemption, or transfer.
6. Billing Errors & Disputes
If you believe an incorrect charge has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
